Brief Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, our local guide will meet you and transfer to your hotel.
If time permits explore Hanoi Old Quarters and visit the night market.

Overnight in Hanoi
Distance Noi Bai Airport - Hanoi city centre: 35km -> 40 minutes transfer


Day 2: Hanoi Full day city tour (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, our guide and driver will pick up you from hotel to take a half day city tour, visit HO CHI MINH MEMORIAL COMPLEX, a lovely park setting which is home to Ho Chi Minh's final resting place, as well as a museum and other memorials. Stroll past the HO CHI MINH MAUSOLEUM (closed to visitors on Mondays and Fridays morning), where visitors can pay respects to the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh.
Continue through the park to HO CHI MINH's STILT HOUSE, the simple two-room dwelling where Ho Chi Minh lived from 1948 until his final days. Preserved in the same condition as during his life, it may be viewed through the windows. Continue to the miniature ONE PILLAR PAGODA. Also dating from the 11th century, this monument was rebuilt after being destroyed by the French in 1954.
Then proceed to visit: TEMPLE OF LITERATURE, a peaceful series of walled courtyards and graceful gateways, and one of the best surving examples of traditional Vietnamese architecture. Founded in 1070 and dedicated to Confucius, this was also the site of Vietnam's first university. After that, transfer to visit MUSEUM OF ETHNOLOGY - which focuses on the 54 officially, recognized ethnic groups in Vietnam.
In the late afternoon, we will transfer you to visit Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and the Rising Sun Bridge. Then enjoy a Water Puppet Show at Thang Long theatre.

DAY 03: HANOI - HALONG ON HUONG HAI JUNK 3* (B/L/D)
Depart Hanoi to Ha Long Bay by road through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalos and everyday Vietnamese village life on both side of the highway. Arrive in Ha Long City, board our traditional wooden junk boat for an overnight journey.
Start sail from Bai Tu Long Bay area, feast on a delicious lunch as you cruise among beautiful of islets and visit Sung Sot Amazing Cave, one of the most imposing grottos of the bay. Swim at Soi Sim beach or Titov beach.

DAY 04: HALONG - HANOI - FLIGHT TO HUE (B/L/-)
Arrive back to Halong Bay after a hearty brunch where we disembark from the boat about 11.30 for your drive back to Hanoi.Visit the Tran Quoc Pagoda & West Lake before catching your short flight to Hue.On arrival you will met with our tour guide & transfer to your hotel.

DAY 05: HUE CITY FULL DAY (B)
Enjoy a boat trip on the Huong Giang river (Perfume River). Embark on a local boat and cruise down the Perfume River to the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda, an elegant seven-tiered octagonal tower which has become Hue’s most widely recognizable monument.. Proceed to visit Tu Duc Tomb; Emperor Tu Duc, who ruled Hue more than 100 years ago, built his tomb when he was still alive and used it for meditation, reading and theater performances. In the afternoon, we will continue with the Imperial Citadel, a vast complex built in the early 19th century and modeled after the Forbidden City of Peking.. Approach the city past the striking Flag Tower, where a giant Vietnamese flag waves proudly overhead, to the imposing NGO MON GATE, the main entrance to the Imperial Enclosure. Enter into an area of spacious courtyards and serene lotus ponds, and visit Dien Tho Residence ( Dien Tho palace) is where the Queen mother lived, visit Thai Hoa Palace, the magnificently decorated reception hall, the Halls Of The Mandarins, and the original Nine Dynastic Urns, among other sites. Visit Dong Ba Market.

DAY 06: HUE - DANANG - HOI AN (B)
Transfer to Danang via Hai Van Pass. Stop to visit Marble Mountains, five stone hillocks, once islands, that now rise sharply from the surrounding rice fields. Riddled with caves and shrines, they are said to each represent one of the five elements of the universe.
Enjoy a walking tours. Visit Japanese Covered Bridge Pagoda: the first bridge on this site was constructed in 1593 by the Japanese community of Hoi An to link the town with the Chinese quarters across the stream. Sa Huynh Museum: located near the Japanese Covered Bridge, it contains exhibitions from the earliest period of Hoi An's history. Tran Family Chapel: this house for worshipping ancestors was built about 200 years ago with donations from family members. Phuoc Kien Assembly Hall: Chinese pagoda built around 1690 and then restored and enlarged in 1900. Free at night.

DAY 07: HOI AN - DANANG - HO CHI MINH CITY (B)
The morning is at leisure until transfer to Danang Airport for domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Meet up our guide and driver at airport and tranfer to city centre. Wind through District One before heading to the famous Saigon landmarks, the post office and the Cathedral of Notre Dame as well as the Centre Post Office. Visit The Unification Palace which formerly was Independence palace of the South Vietnamese President, War Remnants Museum and last, go to visit China Town & shopping at Ben Thanh Market.

Distance Saigon Central - Tan Son Nhat Airport: 7 - 8 km -> 30- 45minutes transfer
 
DAY 8: HO CHI MINH CITY - MEKONG DELTA TOUR (B)
Transfer to outskirt of Saigon and begins the tour on the beautiful countryside road. Start at Tourist Boat Station (My Tho), cruising on Tien (Mekong) river and seeing four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise, Phoenix. Enjoy fresh coconut juice. Visit fish floating market and Fish-craft village along Tien River. Stop at Thoi Son Island, go walking around countryside road, seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits and listen to traditional music. Take a rowing boat on small canal with beautiful scenery of country side, to visit honey-bee farm and enjoy honey-tea. Stop at Phoenix Island to visit Coconut Monk Temple and Crocodile-pond. Lunch at a local restaurant. Driver back to Saigon.

DAY 9: HO CHI MINH CITY - CU CHI TUNNELS (B)
Morning start with Cu Chi Tunnels which were never discovered by American Force. These tunnels are stretching over 200 km and were important Viet Cong base during the American War. This underground network, dug by hand connected command posts hospital shelter and weapon factories.
Back to Saigon in the afternoon. Free at leisure to explore city.

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH CITY DEPARTURE (B)
