Day 01: Cochin / Alleppey:
On arrival, you will be met and transferred by road to Hotel in Alleppey, after check-in you are free for independent activities.
Rejuvenate your mind and body with ayurvedic massages.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Alleppey:
Visit the local coir factory, take a boat around the backwaters or simply stroll through the villages and see the life on the backwaters. You are free for independent activities.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Cochin:
After breakfast proceed half day tour of Cochin, city tour that includes the St. Francis's Church, Which is the oldest European church in India. Walk to the Chinese Fishing nets. Visit the Dutch Palace built by the Portuguese in 1557. Drive to the Jewish Synagogue built in 1568 and is the oldest in the Commonwealth. Walk around Jew town to see the antique shops. After city-tour back to hotel.And again, in the evening (Option to) visit local Cultural Centre for a performance of Kathakali, Kerala's traditional dance/art form.

Day 04: Cochin:
After breakfast drive to Cochin, on arrival check in at Hotel, after check-in you are free for independent activities.

Day 05: Houseboat:
Before the trucks became popular, the main cargo transportation was through backwaters by 'Kettuvalloms'.
Kettuvallom means, 'stitched boat'.
They are 70 foot long, 30tonnes capacity,
made with wooden planks joined and stitched together with Coconut ropes and painted with cashew nut oil outside.
These Kettuvallom were converted to Houseboat and are designed for comfortable cruise and overnight stay.

The boat has one and two bath-attached rooms with modern comforts, a living cum dining room and a kitchen.
Eco-friendly materials construct the boat. A cook and two-member crew would be there to attend you.
The boat moves through the backwaters with village tours and at night the boat is anchored at a beautiful part of the lake.

Day 06: Houseboat / Periyar:

After breakfast you will be transferred by road to Periyar through the Western Ghats, where you can witness the Rubber and Spice plantation, which includes Coffee, Cocoa, Cinnamon, Pepper, and Clove.
After check-in at Hotel and after lunch proceed for plantation tour.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

 







Day 07: Periyar:
Early morning embark on a boat ride for game viewing.
Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary has very picturesque surrounding.
The reservoir and the surrounding forest provide protection and a constant supply of water to the animals.
The earliest sanctuary to be set up in 1934, it extends to 777 square Kms 7 forms part of the high mountain ranges, the Western Ghats.

Wildlife can be seen while cruising on periyar Lake in a motorboat, amongst the animals that can be seen are Elephants, Wild Boar, Sambar, Wild dog, Languor monkeys, Wild buffalo's and occasionally Tiger, Leopard.
After boating you in you are free for independent activities.

Day 08: Periyar / Kodaikanal :
After breakfast you will be transferred by road to Kodaikanal
which is one of the most popular hill resorts in India.
It is a charming hill station, stands amidst sylvan beauty on the southern crest of the upper Palani Hills near Madurai in Tamil Nadu.
With its rocks, woods, lovely lake and bracing air, Kodaikanal is an ideal hill resort for the tourists.
The princess among hill stations is located 120kms, from Madurai in picturesque Western Ghats.
After check-in you are free for independent activities.

Day 09: Kodaikanal:
After breakfast proceed to visit the star shaped lake, pillar rocks and cokers walk.

Star shaped lake:
The lake is situated at 10 deg 14' n latitude and 77 deg 28' longitudes at an elevation of 2285m above sea level
and it looks magnificent with star shaped glittering water, in the midst of evergreen lush slopes.

Pillar rocks: Three granite boulders each vertically measuring a height of 400 feet stand shoulder to shoulder.
It is located 8 Kms from the lake tower over the panoramic view.

Cokers Walk: It is a narrow pedestrian path, constructed by Lt. Coaker in 1872, a one kilometer mountain road which runs along the edge of steep slopes on the southern side of Kodai road which is 1/2km away from Kodai.

Day 10:
After breakfast drive to Madurai, the second largest city in Tamil Nadu and known as the Athens of the East. Situated on the banks of the river Vaigai, legend has it that this ancient city was built in the 6th century BC by the Pandyan King Kulasekara and was named 'the land of the nectar'.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 11: Madurai::
You are free for independent activities.

Day 12: Madurai / Kanyakumari::
After breakfast you will be transferred by road to Kanyakumari, and on arrival check in at Hotel.
After check-in you are free for independent activities.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 13: Kanyakumari / Kovalam::
After breakfast you will be transferred by road to Kovalam, and on arrival check in at Hotel.
After check-in you are free for independent activities.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 14: Kovalam::
You are free for independent activities.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 15: Kovalam / Trivandrum::
After breakfast you will be transferred to airport 2Hrs before the departure of your onward journey.
