Day 1 - Colombo - Arrival
You will be welcomed by our driver and be transferred to your hotel for check in. Upon arrival you are free at your leisure to sight see or relax at the hotel.
Day 2 - Colombo
After your breakfast, you are free at your leisure to explore Colombo.
Day 3 - Anuradhapura - Full day city tour
Anuradhapura is Sri Lanka's first capital, founded in the 5th century B.C. is situated 206 km from Colombo and is one of Sri Lanka's most beloved cities.
Day 4 - Anuradhapura - Free and easy
After breakfast at the hotel, feel free to finish your sightseeing in the city of Anuradhapura.
Day 5 - Anuradhapura - Trincomalee via Mintalle
After breakfast at the hotel, you will transfer via Mihintale to Trincomalee, regarded as the cradle of Buddhism in Sri Lanka
Day 6 - Trincomalee - Full day city tour - Dambulla
Trincomalee is situated on the east cost of the Island and is one of the finest deep-water harbours in the world with its excellent beaches and all kind of water sports are available as well as fishing. You will then transfer to Dambulla to check into your hotel.
Day 7 - Dambulla
Once finishing your breakfast you will then be transferred to Polonnaruwa, the Island's medieval capital.
Day 8 - Dambulla - Sigiriya Full day tour
Visit the stunning scenery in Sigiriya to witness the amazing "Rock of Sigiriya" with its impregnable palace fortress and enjoy the breathtaking views over the once magnificent royal pool.
Day 9 - Dambulla - Kandy via Mantale
En route to Kandy you will visit the spice garden of Mantale which is endlessly exotic, bursting with the scent of spices and salty winds.
Day 10 - Kandy
Visit the Pinnawela elephant orphanage or why not see the focal point of the town, the golden roofed Dalada Maligawa.
Day 11 - Kandy - Nuwara Eliya
Transfer from your hotel to the wondrous tea district of Nuwara Eliya plantation and tea factory, a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of Colombo.
Day 12 - Nuwara Eliya - Tissamaharama
Tissamaharama boasts the Haggala garden which has a fine collection of exotic trees, shrubs and herbs which thrive in the cooler climate. En route you can visit the "Stone Image of Buddha" in Buduruwagala.
Day 13 - Tissamaharama - Full day tour of Kataragama
Kataragama is a popular pilgrimage destination frequented by adherents of all religions in Sri Lanka. The history of the shrine dates back to 2nd Century BC.
Day 14 - Tissamaharama - Galle via Koggala
Drive to Koggala stopping at folk museum en route towards Galle home to famous author Martin Wickramasinghe.
Day 15 - Galle - Waikkal
Visit the Dutch fort in Galle before proceeding to Negombo via the Kalutara Bodiya. You could purchase some of the famous Galle lace as a souvenir of this ancient seaport.
Day 16 - Departure
After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely day before catching your transfer to the airport for departure.
